a bit about my story
Hey! I am Ivey, a certified health coach, on a mission to transform the lives of over the road truck drivers. With a deep-rooted motivation stemming from personal loss and a burning desire to make a change, I have dedicated my life to promoting physical fitness and helping others achieve optimal health.
In the early days of my trucking career, I witnessed the toll that the OTR lifestyle and demanding schedules took on the health of my friends and family. Losing several of my trucking buddies to chronic illness further fueled my passion to make a difference. Determined to break the cycle of poor health in the trucking industry, I pursued extensive education and certifications to become a certified health, life and fitness coach.
Now armed with years of experience behind the wheel and in health coaching, I work tirelessly to support and guide over the road truck drivers in adopting healthy lifestyle habits. I recognize the unique challenges faced by this community, (including limited access to nutritious food, time constraints, and the overall lack of physical activity) and I am not going to give up until I make a difference

Personalized Guidance: We understand that every client has a unique set of needs and challenges. We take this into consideration and start with designing tailored plans to meet the unique needs for each of our clients
Nutritional Support: Finding healthy food choices on the road that don’t leave you hungry and dissatisfied can be difficult. Our coaches will help you plan your meals around your routes so that leave you feeling satisfied and also help you maintain a healthy blood sugar
Physical Activity Recommedations: Regular exercise is essential to achieving optimal physical and mental health. Our coaches will guide you in identifying enjoyable and suitable routines that will keep you moving while you keep moving
Mindset Coaching and Stress Management techniques are offered to keep you in the right headspace to make the best choices for you and your health
